1. Midnights – Taylor Swift

Although it was one of the later releases of 2022, Midnights quickly became one of the most popular albums of the year. With overall hits like Anti Hero, Bejeweled, and Karma, the original thirteen tracks took the charts by storm. However, dedicated fans know that Swift always has a trick up her sleeve, so it was no surprise when she released seven additional tracks with the album known as the 3AM Tracks.

  1. Harry’s House – Harry Styles

Harry’s House is Styles’ third studio album and earned him seven Grammy Nominations. His single following his album announcement, As It Was, quickly gained traction and became one of the most popular songs of the year. Styles’ fan base grew even more with this album and its tracks have become Love On Tour fan favorites for him to perform.

As one of the last album releases of 2022, SZA’s SOS was highly anticipated. Since the release, her songs have only gained more traction on the TikTok platform. Her album also features some very popular artists such as Don Toliver, Phoebe Bridgers, and Travis Scott.

Drake’s second album, a collaboration with 21 Savage, was incredibly well received. Once again it took over the charts and gained traction through TikTok. This rap album is easily a favorite of 2022.

Steve Lacy’s third studio album contained 10 tracks, some of which became the songs of the summer. Specifically, his second single of the album, Bad Habit, is known as one of the most popular songs of 2022. Prior to that release, he also came out with the single Mercury, and Sunshine following Bad Habit.
