Hungry or in the mood to bake muffins?  Here’s a recipe for Strawberry Muffins that I really love to use. I hope you consider baking these and enjoy!


★  2 cups of flour

★  2 tsp of baking powder

★  ½ cup or 1 stick of unsalted butter

★  1 cup of granulated sugar 

★  2 large eggs 

★  ½ tsp of vanilla extract 

★  ¾ tsp of salt

★  ½ cup of milk

★   1 cup of strawberries


  1. Preheat oven to 375 f 
  2. Using a cutting board, chop some strawberries into small pieces. Keep them aside.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder
  4. Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar into a separate, bigger bowl for 2 minutes. Then, add eggs.
  5. With the mixer on low, alternate adding the dry ingredients and milk into the wet ingredients bowl.
  6. Toss in strawberries with 2 tsp of flour
  7. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes 
  8. As you let the muffins cool (after they’re finished baking), make yourself a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy!
