As of September 22, fall has begun! Famous for its colorful leaves and crisp weather, Autumn has won the title of “favorite season” for many. Here in Cleveland, there are so many fall themed activities to set the tone for the next few months!
A classic fall activity, Patterson’s is the perfect first fall activity to get you in the spirit! Located in Chesterland, the farm not only offers apple picking, but a plethora of other events too! Activities include, apple picking, wandering through a corn maze, tractor rides throughout the farm, picking out pumpkins, shopping for fall treats, and a family fun fest! Whether you’re stopping by to pick some apples and sip some cider with friends, or you’re traipsing through the corn maze and exploring with your family, Pattersons has something for everyone!
Squire’s Castle (Cleveland Metroparks)
Peak foliage is right around the corner as mid October approaches, and according to their website, the Cleveland Metroparks is one of the best places to see the fall colors on full display! My favorite place to visit is Squire’s Castle. Not only is there a cool monument, but also a place for hikes, picnics, and simply relaxing outside! Found in Chagrin, the park is a perfect way to spend a fall day! Other great foliage spots can be located on the Cleveland Metroparks’ Website.
Stop by this cafe for delicious fall pastries and drinks! Some of the fall drinks include the pumpkin pie latte, macadamia tres leches, local apple cider, blood orange chaider, and vegan golden milk. This fall food and atmosphere is perfect to enjoy a quick snack with friends.
