Two weeks ago I went to Target and bought a variety of products to use and then review. Sometimes it can be hard to find good quality products on a budget, so it’s important to find products that are affordable at the same time. The products I bought were the L’oreal Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum (priced at 20 dollars), the Neutrogena Hydro-boost Daily Gel Cream Exfoliating Cleanser (priced at 10 dollars), the Neutrogena Hydro-boost Water-Gel Moisturizer (priced at 19 dollars), the Bliss Rose Gold Rescue Toner Spray( priced at12 dollars), and the Neutrogena Rapid Clear 2-in-1 Fight and Fade Salicylic and Glycolic Acid Toner(priced at 9 dollars).
Whenever I practice my skincare routine, I have a certain order in which I use things. First I wash my face, then I use toner, next facial serum, and last moisturizer. The Neutrogena Hydro-boost Daily Gel Cream Exfoliating Cleanser was an amazing facial wash, especially for dry skin. Since my skin gets dry very quickly, it’s important for me to have a cleanser that hydrates and cleanses my skin and this cleanser does just that. This cleanser also has a great consistency as a jelly cleanser. I personally love gel cleansers and cleansing scrubs, so this jelly cleanser felt like a perfect mixture of the two, as it was very soothing on my skin. This was my first time using a jelly cleanser, but it is something I definitely recommend.
The Neutrogena Rapid Clear 2-in-1 Fight and Fade Salicylic and Glycolic Acid Toner is an amazing toner that is also very affordable. This toner always got all of the excess dirt, oil, and grim within my pores that my cleanser missed.
The L’oreal Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum is also an amazing serum. This serum helped me not only even out my red undertones, but it was also very calming. I liked this serum because of its thick consistency, making it so a little bit of it went a long way. Another aspect of the serum that I loved was that it corrected my red undertones, balancing them out evenly across my face. I have to admit that this product is a must-have.
Finally, the Neutrogena Hydro-boost Water-Gel Moisturizer is amazing, especially for dry skin. This moisturizer was nice because it was very light as it was a gel moisturizer. This moisturizer brought a perfect plumpness to every part of my face, including the driest areas.
All of these products are must-haves, but affordable must-haves. All of these products will nourish your skin and keep it clean and healthy. All of the products I reviewed can be found at Target, and even if they don’t work for you or your skin type, I hope that this review proves that there are good quality, affordable skincare products available.
