Coraline💀

While exploring her new home, a girl named Coraline (Dakota Fanning) discovers a secret door. Behind it lies an alternate world that closely mirrors her own but is, in many ways, better. She rejoices in her discovery, until the Other Mother (Teri Hatcher) and the rest of her parallel family try to keep her there forever. Coraline must use all her resources and bravery to make it back to her own family and life.

Scream💀

This movie is a gem in the slasher-horror movie genre with its modern horror classic slant, which manages to be funny, clever and scary, as a fright-masked knife maniac stalks high-school students in middle-class suburbia. This film is happy to provide both tension and self-parody as the body count rises – but the victims aren’t always the ones you’d expect.

Halloween town 🎃👻

Marnie and her siblings get a big surprise when they follow their grandmother to her home in Halloween town, to find they come from a family of witches. The town is the only place where supernatural beings can lead a normal life, but trouble is looming. On her 13th birthday, Marnie not only finds out that she’s a witch, but that she and her family are involved in a fight against an evil that is threatening to take over the world.

Hocus Pocus 🎃👻

After moving to Salem, Mass., teenager Max Dennison explores an abandoned house with his sister Dani and their new friend, Allison. Max accidentally frees a coven of evil witches who used to live in the house hundreds of years before. With three child eating witches on the loose, the kids get the help of a magical talking cat to steal the witches’ book of spells to stop them from becoming immortal.

The Nightmare before Christmas 🎃👻

This movie follows the misadventures of Jack Skellington, Halloweentown’s beloved pumpkin king. Jack has become bored with the same annual routine of frightening people in the “real world.” When Jack accidentally stumbles on Christmastown, all bright colors and warm spirits, he gets the change of pace he was looking for. Jack plots to bring Christmas under his control by kidnapping Santa Claus and taking over his role. But Jack soon discovers even the best-laid plans can go seriously awry.

Corpse Bride 🎃👻

In this movie the main characters Victor and Victoria’s families have arranged their marriage. Though they like each other, Victor is nervous about the ceremony. While he’s in a forest practicing his lines for the wedding, he gets accosted by a creepy hand that drags him to the land of the dead. It belongs to Emily, who was the victim of a tragic murder after eloping with her love. She claims Victor and herself to be married, but Victor must get back aboveground before Victoria marries the villainous Barkis Bittern .

Ghostbusters 🎃👻

After the members of a team of scientists lose their cushy positions at a university in New York City, they decide to become “ghostbusters” to wage a high-tech battle with the supernatural for money. They accidentally stumble on something big; a doorway that will release evil upon the city. The Ghostbusters must now save New York from complete destruction.

Practical Magic 💀

Sally (Sandra Bullock) and Gillian Owens (Nicole Kidman), both born into a magical family, had never used the power of their witchcraft. When Gillian’s evil boyfriend Jimmy dies unexpectedly, the Owens sisters begin to experiment with their magic. Policeman Gary grows suspicious of their mischief with magic. The Owens sisters attempt to resurrect Jimmy, but instead inject his corpse with an evil spirit that threatens to end their family line. 

Carrie 💀

Carrie, similar to Stephen King’s novel, is a classic horror movie about a teen named Carrie White who faces bullying from classmates and abuse from her mother at home. Strange occurrences begin to happen around Carrie, and she suspects she has supernatural powers. When Carrie was set up with empathetic Tommy Ross to attend the school’s prom, things take a violent turn as Carrie uses her powers as revenge. 

Casper 👻

Casper is an animated movie about a kind young ghost who peacefully haunts and explores a mansion in Maine. Specialist James Harvey arrives with his daughter Kat to communicate with Casper and his spirits. Casper falls in love with Kat, but their relationship is complicated by not only his transparent appearance, but by his troublemaking uncles who viciously participate in many antics. 

BeetleJuice 🎃👻

After Barbara and Adam Maitland are found dead from a car accident, their spirits are stuck in the real world, haunting their hometown and unable to leave their house. The unbearable Deetzes and her daughter Lydia buy the home, the ghostly Maitlands attempt to scare them away. Unsuccessful in their efforts, they end up attracting Beetlejuice, a boisterous spirit whose false act becomes threatening for the Maitlands and Lydia.  

Twitches 👻

Twins Alex and Camryn were separated after birth in a magical kingdom called Coventry. They were both sent to Earth to escape the dangers of an evil spirit. While the girls were adopted by two different families, they grew up in opposite worlds. Alex lived in a small one-bedroom apartment with her mother while Camryn lived in a mansion. The twins reunited for their 21st birthday and their powers ignited.  With this power, their birth mother Miranda who thought they were dead, sensed they were alive. Alex and Camryn come together to discover the truth of their past. They attempt to use their power to find their birth mother and the parts to their lives that they are missing. 

Hotel Transylvania 👻

Monsters travel to Count Dracula’s Hotel Transylvania, a luxurious report to escape the troubles of humanity. On the weekend of Mavis’ 118th birthday, Dracula invites creatures, like the Invisible Man and the Mummy to celebrate. However, things take a turn when a human finds his way to the mansion, crashing the party, and unexpectedly falling in love with Mavis. 

It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown 🎃👻

This movie is filled with the Peanuts’ chaotic Halloween adventures. Charlie Brown is invited to his first party, Violet’s Halloween Party. The Peanuts plan to go trick or treating with Snoopy (dressed as the WWI flying ace). Linus misses out of these Halloween adventure as he waits in the local pumpkin patch for the arrival of the Great Pumpkin. Linus believes he will find this rare Great Pumpkin in the local pumpkin patch to fly in the air, delivering presents to all boys and girls around the world. Everyone makes fun of Linus for this foolish belief. Sally is unsure whether to go trick or treating or attend Violet’s party. She also contemplates waiting for the Great Pumpkin with Linus who she secretly admires. 

Halloween 💀

Laurie Strode still cannot forget the time she was viciously attacked by killer Michael Myers on Halloween night 40 years ago. Myers, locked up in an institution, escapes when his bus transfer goes horribly wrong. Laurie is overcome with fear when the masked madman returns to her hometime. This time, she is confident and ready for his return.
