Everyone always wants to have amazing skin, but sadly nobody has a naturally perfect complexion. There is always one pimple, and little blemishes that seem to never go away. Sometimes your skin gets dry, but using the wrong moisturizer can lead to a major breakout. Then if it is oily, you can use a face wash, but it might irritate your skin and make it very dry. There are actually many simple solutions to these problems.

First, you want to make sure that you know your skin. To find this out, there are many quizzes you can take online. After you find out your skin type, you can now start thinking about the best way to treat it. If you have dry skin, an easy option is to use a moisturizer. When you buy a new moisturizer, you are actually supposed to test it on an area on your neck. You should keep doing this for a week to make sure it does not cause an allergic reaction, clogged pores, or breakouts. Another easy solution is to take shorter showers and use warm water. Taking 5-10 minute showers can help reduce dryness of the skin. One last tip is to apply moisturizer right after you get out of the shower and dry off. Some of the water will get trapped under the moisturizer, and help keep your skin hydrated.

If you have oily skin, there are also very easy solutions to make a big difference. One easy thing to do is to make sure to use clean makeup brushes and sponges everyday. This can make a big difference with pimple control. This might seem surprising, but only wash your face two times a day. If you wash your face too much, your skin will actually produce more oil. This next tip is pretty basic: drink lots of water! This will help flush out the toxins. You can even put a lemon slice in your water, and this has a lot of benefits as well. This helps clean out the toxins in your blood, which leads to brighter and cleaner skin. All of these simple tips and tricks will lead to your skin looking better than ever.
