Urban Meyer has officially retired as the head football coach for The Ohio State University. He has retired due to health problems. When this was announced all Ohio State fans were very disappointed about his retirement. Even though over the past few years he has been at the center of many scandals in the college football world. He was a coach to Aaron Hernandez at Miami University by protecting him from scandals. Urban Meyer even got suspended several times from coaching. On the bright side as a coach he has won about 90% of his games when he coached Ohio State. His final game was on January 1st against Washington in the Rose Bowl. Ryan Day will be replacing him as the coach for Ohio state. There are many rumors about him taking up a new head coaching job at another University but he has repeatedly denied these rumors.
