Recipe for Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chopped semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
  2. In a large bowl mix together the peanut butter, butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in corn syrup, water, and vanilla.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chunks.
  6. Drop the ¼ cup of dough three inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes in the preheated oven or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow cookies to cool for 1 minute before removing from the oven to cool completely.
  9. Enjoy!
