Midterms are coming up in about two weeks. To feel less stressed out follow the tips below.

  1. Start studying early: If you start organizing and reviewing early on, you won’t have to worry about cramming it all in the last minute. This way you don’t have to stay up late and you will probably end up getting a better grade.
  2. Make a plan: Before you start studying you should make a plan on how much you are going to accomplish each day. Write down your plan somewhere safe and easy to see such as your planner or calendar. Make sure to start studying harder concepts earlier on.
  3. Ask for help: Midterms contain information from the start of the year and sometimes you might not remember all of it. It’s okay to ask your teachers for help so you aren’t studying for hours and hours without accomplishing anything.
  4. Take a break: Most people don’t accomplish anything if they are studying for numerous hours at a time. After a couple of hours take a break and relax. This is a great way to feel less stressed out.
