I have been getting headaches ever since I was in Primary School, and over the past years, I’ve been able to gain some knowledge of how to get rid of some of the pain with headaches. Keep in mind that these methods may not work for everyone.
- Drink Chamomile Tea
Chamomile tea has been a staple in my life since I’ve been getting headaches. It relaxes me, and soothes my pain.
- Take a nap in a dark room with no noise
It may sound very specific, but noise, light, and movement can make your headache even worse. Doing this will give your head time to rest.
- Rub your temples
A face massage is also is worth trying, it helps you relax even more.
- Place a warm cloth on your forehead
Warm cloths are so relaxing to place on your forehead, and they help soothe the pain.
- Eat a nutritious meal
Sometimes, a headache occurs if you’re not eating enough. Eating a nutritious meal will help stop pain.
