Underrated Starbucks Drinks

As a self-proclaimed Starbucks addict, I know that I always get stuck ordering the same drinks all the time. I’m not upset by that fact but I also realize that there’s a whole huge menu that I can order from. Talking with some of my closest friends about their favorite drinks, I’ve compiled a list of underrated, in my opinion, Starbucks.
- London Fog Tea Latte
This drink is made of seeped Earl Grey and milk, either iced or not. I always get this drink iced and replace the milk with soy milk, which in my opinion makes this drink much smoother and gets rid of the, sometimes, overpowering taste of Earl Grey. I wasn’t aware that this drink even existed, which it does, but everyone I’ve ever mentioned trying this drink to hasn’t ever heard of it before.
- Chile Mocha
This is another of my favorites which Starbucks just released this fall. It has cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla, and different spices that you wouldn’t expect people to put in a coffee. This mocha is a mix of tastes. When you first take a sip, it tastes on the brink of being too sweet before you get a kick back of spices. The Chile Mocha warms me up due to its spices and it tastes like Mexican Hot Chocolate. I get this drink also with soy, which is nice because it smooths out the mix between the chocolate and the spices.
- Salted Caramel Mocha
I’ve only had this drink twice but it’s just chocolate and caramel mixed with mocha sauce. This isn’t the healthiest of any of the drinks but it’s perfect when I’m craving something very sweet and warm. I get this mocha with normal milk and two extra shots of espresso because the sweetness of the chocolate and the caramel seem to balance out the taste of the extra caffeine and the overpowering sweetness of the drink.
